So, we have created an affordable option for a 3 month subscription. Let's do this! Details: This is a 3 month subscription to premium coaching. It includes all features of premium coaching, and any month-specific special features. Premium group coaching is for Boss ladies on a budget who are serious about making their health and weight loss a priority. This type of coaching includes: 1. Group kickoff call to set goals each moth. 2. Coach-led accountability group. 3. Daily affirmation/workbook. 4. Supportive group environment. 5. 15-minute 1:1 call. 6. Special resources for focus of the month. 7. Program workbook with nutrition and exercise guides. 8. Personalized calorie and macro targets. 9. Continuous access to your coaches. 10. Ongoing follow up is highly associated with weight loss success, and we feel this is our most powerful option to coach powerful women, like you, to weight loss success! Although this is an individual coaching package, clients have the option to join our group coaching program as well.
